He works closely with clients to resolve complex tax issues efficiently and to minimize disruption to their businesses and personal affairs.
In addition to tax controversy, Adam advises clients on domestic tax planning and compliance, as well as select international tax matters related to inbound and outbound activities. He counsels growing and mid-market companies and their investors on the tax implications of restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and business expansion.
